АНОТАЦІЯ/ABSTRACT

У модулі розглянуто концепцію використання наявних ресурсів у виробництві продукції тваринництва на основі обґрунтованості технологічних рішень з позицій концепції сталого розвитку, ресурсозбереження, благополуччя тварин та непорушності екологічної системи прилеглих територій до виробничих об’єктів.

Тому основною метою вивчення дисципліни є підготовка кваліфікованих фахівців, здатних використовувати на практиці технології сталого тваринництва та аналізувати причинно-наслідкові зв’язки впровадження їх у виробничу діяльність.

Завдання: технологічні основи сталого тваринництва дозволять здобувачам вищої освіти отримати знання про оцінку фізіологічного стану тварин за промислового їх використання. Критерії та методологія сталого розвитку розглянуті у даному модулі дозволять сформувати на практиці шкалу оцінки сталості ведення тваринництва. Отримані знання дозволять сформувати теоретичну базу та набути практичних, навичок утримання, годівлі та розведення тварин та розробити стратегію управління виробничими процесами на основі кращих ресурсозберігаючих практик.

The module examines the concept of the use of available resources in the production of animal products, based on the validity of technological solutions from the point of view of the concept of sustainable development, the conservation of resources, animal welfare and the integrity of the ecological system of the areas adjacent to the production facilities.

Therefore, the main objective of the discipline is to train qualified professionals capable of applying sustainable livestock production technologies in practice and analysing the cause and effect of their implementation in production activities.

Objectives: the technological foundations of sustainable livestock production will allow higher education students to gain knowledge of the assessment of the physiological state of animals in industrial use. The criteria and methodology of sustainable development considered in this module will allow to form a scale for assessing the sustainability of livestock production in practice. The knowledge gained will allow you to form a theoretical basis and acquire practical skills in keeping, feeding and breeding animals and develop a strategy for managing production processes based on best resource-saving practices.
